


Creating chop for your bird can be fun, but also time consuming when trying to create a different menu to the previous week. Due to the popularity of our last post, we are sharing another four parrot chop recipes to give you inspiration to include variety and diversity to your parrot’s diet!
Chop #5

– Purple sprouting broccoli
– Carrot
– Cucumber
– Red chillies with the seeds
– Red bell pepper with the seeds
– Sugar snap peas
– Watercress
– Spinach
– Rocket (arugula)
– Lemongrass
– Fresh sage
– Pomegranate seeds
Sprouted and soaked items added fresh daily, plus a small amount of baby plum tomato one day of week!

– Rocket (arugula)
– Green beans
– Carrot
– Yellow bell pepper with the seeds
– Red bird’s eye chillies with the seeds
– Okra
– Fennel
– Purple sprouting broccoli
– Fresh thyme
– Lemongrass
– Mango
– Pineapple
– Fresh coconut
– Sprouted and soaked items added daily for variety
Chop #7

– Sweetcorn
– Butternut squash including the seeds
– Red cabbage
– Green beans
– Orange and green bell peppers including the seeds
– Pak choi (bok choy)
– Coriander (cilantro)
– Kale
– Raspberries
– Kiwi
– Soaked and sprouted items added daily
Chop #8

– Fresh mint
– Baby cucumbers
– Carrot
– Mangetout (snow peas)
– Baby corn
– Red chillis with the seeds
– Orange bell pepper with the seeds
– Brussels sprouts
– Broccoli
– Garden peas
– Spinach
– Beetroot
– Soaked and sprouted items added daily for variety!
– Each day the flock will with a small amount of either blueberries, strawberries or red grapes.
