Video Consultation (60 Minutes) – £70
Our parrot care and training consultations are a bespoke and affordable way to get help with your pet bird! Consultations take place via Zoom with Sophie and David, who are both Certified Professional Bird Trainers (CPBT-KA).
This service is a 60 minute video consultation via Zoom on the topic of your choice. We can also watch you train your bird live and offer feedback, coaching and suggestions.
We can help you and your bird with a wide variety of topics, such as: bonding and taming, fear and aggression, screaming, biting, flight rehabilitation, diet and nutrition, hormones, separation anxiety, getting a new bird, bonding two birds, trick training, and getting your bird to play with toys
If there is something else you would like to discuss that is not listed here, please email us at bestbehavedbirds@gmail.com – please note that we cannot discuss or diagnose health issues, and we currently do not offer consultations on outdoor free flight.
We will ask you to fill out a questionnaire before your consultation to acquire background information in order to provide the best advice. During the call, we will discuss our recommendations and advice for working through your desired topic, and we can answer any questions you may have.
After the consultation, you will receive a full written action plan via email of everything we discussed during the call, as well as any relevant video links from our YouTube channels. Included in the price is free after support via email or DM to answer questions or receive updates.
We strongly advise that your bird visits an avian veterinarian before using our services in order to establish that your queries are not related to an existing health condition. If you decide not to do so, we can still offer our services, however we will not be liable if your bird is unwell.
Follow Up Session for Returning Clients (30 minutes) – £37
A 30 minute video consultation via Zoom for returning clients who have already have a consultation with us.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not had a consultation with us before, please choose the one hour service.

In Home Consultation – Variable
We are able to travel across London and the South East of the UK for in home consultations. Please contact us to check if we cover your area and for a quote as charges are variable.
Animal Collection Consultation – Variable
This service is intended for any facility which houses animals, such as: zoos, farms, wildlife parks, rescue centres etc. We can advise on husbandry and diet, in addition to providing staff training and CPD. Please contact us for a quote.
