Video Consultation (60 Minutes) – £70
Our bespoke consultations provide a professional, evidence-based approach to challenges with your bird. Every session is conducted via Zoom with Sophie and David, both Certified Professional Bird Trainers (CPBT-KA), ensuring you receive the highest standard of support.
What Your Session Includes:
60-Minute Behaviour and Training Consultation: A dedicated video call focused entirely on your specific goals.
Live Coaching (optional): We can observe your training in real-time, providing immediate feedback and technique refinements to ensure success.
Pre-Session Assessment: You will receive a comprehensive background questionnaire to complete before your consultation to help us get to the root of the problem.
A Custom Action Plan: Following our session, you’ll receive a detailed written roadmap via email, including step-by-step instructions and supplemental video resources from our YouTube channels.
Ongoing Support: Every consultation includes follow-up email guidance to answer questions and support your progress.

Health First: To ensure your bird’s success, we strongly recommend a visit to an avian vet prior to our session. This ensures that behavioural challenges aren’t being driven by underlying health issues. Please note: We cannot diagnose medical conditions or offer advice on outdoor free flight.

Follow Up Session for Returning Clients (30 minutes) – £37
A 30 minute video consultation via Zoom for returning clients who have already have a consultation with us.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not had a consultation with us before, please choose the one hour service.
In Home Consultation – Variable
We are able to travel across London and the South East of the UK for in home consultations. Please contact us to check if we cover your area and for a quote as charges are variable.
Animal Collection Consultation – Variable
This service is intended for any facility which houses parrots, such as: zoos, farms, wildlife parks, rescue centres etc. Our services include husbandry and diet consultation, training support, and staff CPD. Contact us for a quote.
